aluminium-framed doors and double-glazed tempered glass windows, providing enhanced insulation, security, and natural light.
The interior is finished with quality ceiling and floor skirting, corner trims, and capping for a clean, modern appearance. Flooring consists of an 18mm fibre cement subfloor securely fixed to the steel frame and finished with durable hybrid flooring for a stylish and low-maintenance living space.
For added convenience, each expandable home is supplied pre-plumbed and pre-wired, reducing installation time on site. Once
delivered and unfolded, a licensed electrician and plumber are required to complete the final electrical connections, plumbing, and commissioning in accordance with local Australian regulations.
