A trailer is not always required; however, placing your cabin or expandable home
on a suitable trailer may allow it to be treated as a movable dwelling or caravan rather than a permanent structure

Our Portable Expandable Homes are backed by a 7-Year Structural Warranty, giving you added confidence and peace of mind.

We also provide a 2-Year Warranty on fixtures, fittings and finishes, which includes our 1-year warranty plus an additional
year in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements. Where applicable, installed appliances and products are also covered by their
respective manufacturer warranties.

Our standard expandable homes are not
classified as Class 1a buildings under the Building Code of Australia (BCA).

When installed on a suitable trailer, an
expandable home may be treated as a movable dwelling or caravan rather than a permanent structure. Depending on your location and intended use, different
planning or approval requirements may apply.

As regulations vary between councils and
properties, we strongly recommend checking with your local council before
purchasing to confirm the requirements that apply to your site. (See class 1A
range attach link)

Explore our Class 1a Range, designed for
permanent residential living and built to meet the requirements of a permanent
structural home. Site-specific approvals, permits and compliance requirements
may still apply depending on your location and property

Our expandable homes come pre-plumbed and pre-wired, with the required connections routed to the exterior of the unit. Once the home is delivered and installed, a licensed plumber and electrician
will need to connect the water, sewerage and electricity to the property’s existing mains or services
