1. What currency are the prices displayed on the site?
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
2. I just placed an order. When will it be shipped?
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. The average shipping time is 2–10 business days.
Once your order has shipped, we will update you with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please email us at 📧 help@comfycontainerhomes.com.au
3. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied? What if there's an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that are defective or damaged.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- You will need to cover the return shipping cost.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will process a full refund of your original purchase amount.
Important: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating the return process. Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel.
4. What if I entered an incorrect address?
If you accidentally provided the wrong shipping address:
- Reply to your order confirmation email and notify us at 📧 help@comfycontainerhomes.com.au within 24 hours.
- We will update the address accordingly.
- Please note that after 24 hours, we may not be able to make changes, and no refund will be issued for incorrect submissions.
