The walls are constructed from 75mm EPS insulated sandwich panels, while the roof features 50mm EPS insulated panels,
delivering excellent thermal performance and year-round comfort.
Inside, the home is finished to a high standard with durable aluminium-framed internal doors and double-glazed tempered glass windows that enhance energy efficiency, natural light, and
security. Premium interior finishes include ceiling cornices, floor skirting
boards, corner trims, and capping for a clean, modern appearance. The flooring consists of an 18mm fibre
cement subfloor securely mounted to the steel frame and finished with a high-quality hybrid flooring surface, offering durability and easy maintenance.
For added convenience, each expandable home is supplied pre-plumbed and pre-wired, reducing installation time on site. Once
delivered and unfolded, a licensed electrician and plumber are required to complete the final electrical connections, plumbing, and commissioning in accordance with local Australian regulations.
